What we're trying to do here is to find ways to improve the quality of the comments on those platforms, whatever they are. Should reporters participate in story comments? How should journalists reply to antagonistic queries? How do you deal with Twitter mobs? What about trolls?

Today we're brainstorming the recent changes in Facebook that are blamed for a decrease in reach and engagement. What doesn't work anymore? What works now?
